I loved this walk. I had never been that interested in this walk as I'd always wanted to head up onto the main range or out into the Jugungal wilderness. But recently the Federal Government announced $10 million to fund the establishment of a Jindabyne to Dead Horse Gap walk (and another from the main range, via Charlotte Pass to Crackenback), and I just had to find out what it was all about.

I think once the longer walk is up and running, it will be one that every walker wants to do. Perhaps the beginnings of an iconic Australian walking track? I think so...
